1. Ordering & Customization
Q: Can I get curtains made to my exact window size? A: Yes! We are factory manufacturers. We can customize curtains for any height or width. If your size is not listed on the website, simply WhatsApp us your measurements at +91 [Insert Number], and we will make it for you.
Q: Do you offer home visits for measurements? A: Yes, we offer Pan-India Home Visits. Our expert team can visit your site (anywhere in India) to take measurements and show you fabric samples. Note: Charges may apply depending on the location and order value.
Q: How do I know how many curtains to buy? A: Please refer to our "Measurement Guide" page. A simple rule is:

For Eyelet (Ring) Curtains: Window Width ÷ 2 = Number of Panels.

For Channel (Track) Curtains: Window Width ÷ 1.5 = Number of Panels.
Q: Do hooks or rings come with the curtains? A:

Eyelet Curtains: Come with premium steel/plastic rings attached. They are ready to hang.

Pleated/Channel Curtains: Come with hooks inserted. You just need to hang them on your track.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Since we stitch fresh for every order:

Dispatch Time: 3-5 working days.

Delivery Time: 2-6 days after dispatch (depending on your location).

Total time is usually 7-10 days.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we ship Worldwide. We use premium couriers like DHL/FedEx. Delivery usually takes 3-10 days. Note: Customs duties (if any) are to be paid by the customer.
3. Payments
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? A: We offer a Partial COD facility for orders within India. You need to pay 50% advance to confirm the order, and the remaining 50% cash can be paid to the delivery boy when the parcel arrives.
Q: Why do I have to pay an advance? A: Because your curtains are custom-made specifically for your windows (color, size, design), we cannot resell them to anyone else. The advance payment confirms your serious intent.
4. Returns & Care
Q: Can I return the curtains if I don't like the color? A: As these are custom-manufactured products, we do not accept returns for color dislike or change of mind. We recommend ordering a small fabric swatch or doing a video call with us if you are particular about the exact shade.
Q: What if I receive a damaged product? A: We take full responsibility! If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please send us an Unboxing Video within 48 hours, and we will replace it free of cost.
Q: How should I wash my curtains? A:

Heavy/Velvet Curtains: Dry Clean Only.

Sheer/Polyester Curtains: Gentle Hand Wash or Machine Wash (Cold Water).
