At Rainbow Furnishings, we ensure that your orders reach you in perfect condition, no matter where you are in the world. As we are Factory Manufacturers, our process involves both production time and shipping time.
1. Processing & Manufacturing Time
Since most of our curtains are Custom-Made, we need time to stitch and finish them to perfection.

Standard Orders: Dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Bulk/Heavy Customization: Dispatched within 5 to 8 working days.

Ready-Made Stock: Dispatched within 24-48 hours.
(Please note: Processing time does not include Sundays and Public Holidays.)
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Delivery Partners: We use trusted courier services (like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.) to ensure safe delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time:

North India: 2-4 working days after dispatch.

Rest of India (Metro Cities): 4-6 working days after dispatch.

Remote Locations: 7+ working days.

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and delivery pin code.

Partial COD: We offer a Partial Cash on Delivery option where you pay a 50% advance to book the order, and the balance 50% is payable to the courier agent upon delivery.
3. International Shipping (Worldwide)
We proudly ship our luxury curtains Globally.

Delivery Partners: We use premium international carriers (like DHL, FedEx, Aramex) for fast and reliable service.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 working days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance).

Customs & Duties:

International shipping charges calculated at checkout cover freight only.

Import Duties, VAT, or Local Taxes (if applicable in your country) are not included and must be paid by the customer to the courier company at the time of delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via WhatsApp and Email.

5. Delays
While we strive to meet all timelines, Rainbow Furnishings is not responsible for delays caused by:

Natural calamities or weather conditions.

6. Damaged Package?
If you receive a package that looks tampered with or damaged from the outside, please do not accept it. Ask the delivery agent to mark it as "Damaged" and contact us immediately at +91
