Return & Refund Policy
At Rainbow Furnishings, we maintain rigorous quality control checks at our factory to ensure every curtain is stitched to perfection. As most of our products are Custom-Made (Made-to-Order) based on your specific measurements and color choices, our policy is as follows:
1. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange:

Customized Curtains: Any product made to your specific size (Length/Width).

Fabric Cut Lengths: Fabrics cut from the roll as per your order.

Used or Altered Items: Products that have been washed, ironed, or altered by the customer.

Slight Color Variation: Returns based on minor color differences between the digital image and the actual fabric are not accepted. (We recommend ordering swatches or consulting via video call if you are particular about the shade).
2. When is a Return/Exchange Accepted?
We only accept returns in the unlikely event of a Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Product Delivery.

Wrong Size/Design: If the product delivered does not match the size or design mentioned in your confirmed order.

Damaged Product: If the product arrives physically damaged or torn.
3. How to Initiate a Return for Defective Items?
If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps:

Inform Us Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 [Insert Number] or Email at [Insert Email].

Send Proof: You must share a clear Unboxing Video and photos of the defect. Without an unboxing video, damage claims may not be entertained.

Approval: Our quality team will review the proof. If the defect is genuine, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or ask you to ship it back.
4. Refund & Resolution

Correction First: In case of size/stitching errors from our side, our first priority will be to alter/correct the curtains and send them back to you free of cost.

Exchange: If correction is not possible, we will provide a fresh replacement of the same product.

Store Credit: In rare cases where a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a Store Credit valid for 1 year. Monetary refunds are generally not provided for custom orders.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if manufacturing has not started.

Once the fabric is cut or stitching has begun, the Advance Payment is Non-Refundable.
